Always a great place to stay. The people here are very nice. The rooms are always clean and nice.
I'm not sure what everyone is complaining about. This is a pretty nice hotel. You're not getting the Hilton or Radisson for the amount you are paying for these rooms. Everything was nice, all except for the original bathtub, but I can look over that. It was quiet even right next to the airport. Breakfast was decent for being FREE. Staff was very friendly and accommodating.

Unsafe, Unhygienic – Management Denies Reality I left this hotel immediately after finding a live insect on my bed. This is a basic hygiene and safety failure, not a “minor inconvenience.” I checked out quietly, left the key, and moved to another hotel in South Bend the same night solely because of this issue. Staying calm on departure does not mean the problem didn’t exist.
