The hotel was wonderful! We were warmly greeted at the front desk and even received complimentary waters and breakfast in the morning. Our room was spotless, and being on the first floor meant beautiful high ceilings. Perfect location—close to everything we needed!
First key was given to a wrong room. The second key led to a room that smelled nauseatingly of cigarette smoke. Almost threw up. Got a new one (free upgrade) that only slightly smelt like smoke. Bed sucked as well with a very old ac that didn’t work too well in the humidity. Staff were nice breakfast was fine, but really not ideal.
Handicapped double queen room. Beds and toilet were super low to the ground. Hard to get up from. Room next to ice machine super noisy early in the morning with folks filling their coolers. Room was clean and staff were great.
