We had a great time. The staff were nice and helpful. The room looked the same as the pics. It had an indoor pool that worked and was warm. It was close to everything. We really enjoyed ourselves. We brought in the new yr in style!
Although not spotless, my room was Very Clean. My complimentary late checkout request of 3:00 pm was not available, but a checkout time of 12 noon was offered. The noise that other reviews spoke on, I didn't hear. The breakfast was as advertised. The breakfast area was extremely clean and actually was available after 9:00. My husband is in a wheelchair and had a 6:00 appointment at nearby hospital. The handicap room was wonderful. The staff was great. The room was very clean and smelled very good. Great place to stay!!! Loved it!!!!!!
