I saw very little deferred maintenance (dings in the woodworking, peeling paint, that kind of thing). Very clean, smiling receptionists, very nice breakfast. Well maintained
This is a wonderful place to stay! We stayed here on our way to Florida on vacation. Then we stayed again on the way back home. Both of our rooms were very nice, clean, and the beds were comfortable!! They also offer a nice complimentary breakfast!! Everyone there was very kind, if we travel that way again we will forsure stay there again! Great hotels are hard to find, I'm glad we found this one!
Hot rooms, moldy shower curtain, hotel under renovation = construction noises, TV needed tech troubleshooting, rock hard beds, bright rooms at night with the curtains shut… Turned the AC down as low as it would go despite asking for a cold room in my special requests. Hours after arrival with the air turned down I see the room has gone up in temperature not down! It’s fine they couldn’t follow up on my request and lower the temp before arrival, but I do expect once I lower it for the temp to go down and not up. Took a shower... read more
