The rooms were not like the pictures. Needs alot of updating
Terrible room, the entrance area and bathroom have flooring that is peeling up, smell of pot smoke once you open the room door. Terrible breakfast, booking stated there was a full breakfast, However we were greeting with a lacking continental breakfast. Staff didn’t care when we stated this wasn’t what we paid for, and continuously said they can’t wait til Tuesday when they are “closed” whatever that means. Sinus 4 very nice staff but there was no coffee in lobby of no free breakfast o did not like having to wait till 3 or 4 to check in no snacks machine the lik shop is thumbs down room was comfortable
Honestly I travel all over the US for business and stay at la quintas from time to time. Generally that has always been a great experience. I even stayed at this location 10 years ago a couple times when on business and it was a nice stay. I don’t know what happened here but it really needs someone to look at it immediately for health violations and safety concerns.
