Manny at the front desk was great. He was friendly and efficient each time I worked with him. King room was big and clean. Hotel was kept up and in good shape. Breakfast had potatoes (which like every hotel aren't always completely cooked), eggs, sausage, waffles, mini muffins, bagels, bread, yogurt, coffee and juice. Pool hours of 9a-9p could be a little later at night. No hot tub. My only real complaint is the thin walls and kids running up/down the hall and knocking on my door, and others, until early hours of the morning... read more

Rooms had enough space but the beds were just really uncomfortable and the pillows they gave us were tiny throw pillows that had no support. I think the blankets were also not the freshest on the bed. The staff was all kind and helpful though and the pool and coffee machine was nice.

If we stay again, I will ask to not be placed by the exit doors or stairs, if possible. Couldn't sleep 2 nights from all the in and out slamming doors. Window shades and curtains did not block out all the light. Shower pressure was amazing though. Breakfast was ok, potatoes needed to be cooked more to my liking. Didn't use the pool or exercise area but it was available. Front desk clerk was friendly. Room was decently clean, I always check for bed bugs before unloading any luggage - didn't see any evidence of any in the room... read more

Had a great experience especially with having a dog. Manny was extremely caring and helpful. He will be the reason we return.
