My first time staying at a LaQuinta hotel and I was very pleased with the Front desk agent Crystal,who welcomed me with a big smile.The lobby was huge with plenty of seating options,clean property throughout,rooms were great with several new upgrades that we enjoyed. Each staff member we encountered was kind and working diligently. Pool was great after a long day of shopping. Thanks for a great experience!

The staff was very nice, the breakfast was pretty decent, and the hotel looked clean, our room had a fridge and a microwave, but our room smelled like mildew and they had a dehumidifier running in it. We changed rooms a couple times but all of the rooms had the smell. If it wasn't for the smell I'd give the place 5 stars.

I walked into this hotel room with my four children to inspect the first of our two rooms. It was Absolutely disgusting. There was Mold growing everywhere. The fuzz from the mold was inches tall. It was all over the carpet, chair, wall. It smelled horrid. I immediately sent my children out to the hallway and snapped photos for proof! And when i showed pictures to the front desk, all i got was a room swap, no discount, no refund, no apology, nothing. I've uploaded the photos so you can see for yourself.
