Overall, I was satisfied. Housekeeping was provided daily, but you must request it separately at the lobby. Complimentary breakfast was delicious, but the menu didn't seem to change during my four-night stay.

Tried numerous times to cancel but couldn't get thur to anyone Terrible terrible cancelation set up. Don't consider this hotel unless you're 100% sure of your plans!!!
The price is lower for a reason. It's ok. The price was about high for what we got, and the neighborhood is a bit sketchy. Our kids' bed was gross and had to be remade, which wasn't an issue. The front desk worker was nice enough to give us a credit for the headache. Parking will fill all the way up, and it becomes a challenge to leave and come back. In hindsight, I wouldn't go back here.
