We had a great stay! The staff were absolutely amazing, extremely friendly and very helpful. They were always willing to assist us with anything we needed. The location is perfect, the hotel is very clean, and the overall atmosphere has such good and positive vibes. Parking was convenient and everything was just perfect. Very comfortable room and beds, modern, spacious lobby, and the free breakfast was just what we needed. Lots of great restaurants within walking distance also. Highly recommend!
Financial Nightmare and Terrible Front Desk Competency – the stay was great otherwise. I am extremely frustrated with my recent stay at La Quinta by Wyndham in Federal Way, WA. I booked two rooms for two nights (one room for myself and one for my sister) through Expedia using the "Pay at Property" option. What followed was a cascade of billing errors that tied up my personal funds and caused me significant financial stress. Hotel is centrally located in Federal Way downtown area. Check in was pretty quick and the room was clean. It was perfect for the duration of stay.
