Loved our stay here, clean rooms with all the basics we needed, pool, and great location. Loved the continental breakfast. Free parking was so great in that area. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend. Great deal for the price.
Excellent accommodations, service, breakfast, and parking!
I broke my knee was unable to cancell. Had to call Sarasota hotel - no one would ever answer phone- tried 7-10 times. Responded to texts no one responded. Reservations said I had to talk to hotel. At best I can fill out complaint with coorperate. - I have spent over 2 hours with coorperate reservations text messages and repeated calls with no answer.
Poor customer service. Poor furniture room quality
