Sehr schönes Hotel, wir haben dort aufgrund eines gecancellten Fluges übernachtet und waren positiv überrascht. Leider wurde mir die Kautionsgebühr meiner Kreditkarte immer noch nicht zurückerstattet.

Une merveille ! C’était notre dernière nuit avant de repartir pour la France, et nous avons découvert cette merveille ! Un accueil des plus chaleureux par cette dame adorable de Barcelone, ainsi que sa collègue qui l’a remplacée le soir très gentille et serviable ! L’hôtel est magnifique et très chaleureux, on s’y sent bien ! En son centre, un patio avec une belle piscine propre, bien équipée avec des transats et très bien entretenue, une salle de sport, un espace terrasse cosy et une laverie. Great location close to SFO airport. Left very early to catch a flight so our account was sorted later by the hotel. I was overcharged and my emails to them to sort it out are being ignored. It’s been over a week and they haven’t responded to my request for a refund.

We had a wonderful stay here! The hotel manager, David, was incredibly kind and helpful. I spoke with him right after booking, and he patiently answered all of my questions and assured me about everything before our arrival. We were traveling with a baby, and he went above and beyond by arranging a rice cooker so we could cook meals for our child—something that really made our stay more comfortable.
