Check in was easy, person at front desk very friendly & helpful. Room was very basic, hair on floor in bathroom. The worst was the noise !! Listening to the cars all night long. I would not recommend this hotel.
For what we paid it was a very good deal. Great garden area
I booked airport parking here specifically after calling ahead to confirm the shuttle schedule. I was told the morning shuttle I needed left at 5:45 AM, but when I arrived, I was informed it actually left at 5:30 AM. When I brought this up at the front desk, the employee was extremely rude and denied the misinformation entirely. I would have happily can earlier if I was given correct information. Very pleasantly surprised by this hotel. Great location with free airport shuttle to SFO, the grounds are lovely, very nice pool, with the gym located in a pool house type setting. Typical La Quinta breakfast. Would return.
