My husband and I have pet allergies. Even though this property allows pets, we did not even notice any pet smells. Which says alot about the cleanliness of a property. This property is very clean and well decorated. The room has a frig and microwave. Fresh, clean, and new towels is always nice. Good lighting throughout and convenient free parking. I walk in, and from the start the man in the front desk was very rude. Making me feel really low with his sarcastic remarks and rude attitude. Really bad

Last Friday afternoon, my wife had an absolutely terrible experience trying to check in. The staff and management on duty flat-out refused to let her check in without me being there, despite the reservation being under her name. I wasn’t able to travel with my family until that evening due to work, so I wasn’t there at the time. They claimed she was only a secondary person on the reservation, which made no sense.
