We called the front and asked when breakfast was, and were told that it was from 9-12… My family and i woke up at 10, went downstairs only to find out breakfast had ended at 9. Terrible customer service and Terrible room. The sheets had a weird smell to them and the tv in our room dident work.
Great hotel to stay when on the way to the cruise port in Galveston. Good breakfast too!! Nice rooms!!
The location entrance is very confusing since is one way road
Front desk personnel was nice, that is about the only nice thing to say about this place, yes was last minute booking but gross it was dirty I’m pretty sure there’s roach guts on the wall and the sheets had all sorts of stains, definitely will not recommend
