It started with the front desk asking for documentation that our dog is a service dog or we will be charged $25. This is a violation of Fed ADA law. Noticed a sign on the desk that the hot tub is broken. They give us our room, we opened the door to find unmade beds and half eaten food on the furniture. Went back to the front desk and got a new room. The toilet in this room was plugged and would not flush. Rather than go back to the front desk again we used the public restroom in the lobby. My dad, brother and his kids came to visit and really enjoyed their stay! Friendly staff and easy check-in and check-out!
Nastiest hotel I've ever stayed in. Run down, dirty, pool has algae, hot tub broken, and we saw mice in the hallways. We're supposed to be here one more night but we're moving and eating the cost.
Krista at the front desk and Edgar the maintenance guy is the only employees that care. Every one else is just bleh it's their job but don't care. The halls are horrible the walls show it scratches and the wallpaper is horrible . The floors have dips and make you trip. The southern door wasn't working at all so always open. I’ve had housing issues and selected this motel because they were dog friendly and didn’t charge a big fee. My housing situation has been stressful. It’ was nice coming in and having a super supportive and friendly front desk staff. Definitely made a stressful situation easier. I’ve ended up staying 3 nights with the possibility of a few more. Clean rooms, yummy breakfast, pet friendly and the cleaning staff does an amazing job. It’s also been quiet during my stays. Very much appreciated!
