Hotel is under construction which they fail to mention when booking. Indoor pool not open. HUGE potholes in parking lot which WILL damage your vehicle. BE CAREFUL. Spent $180 for one night in this junky hotel. I would stay elsewhere if I were you.
Absolute crap service. I only booked the place because of the indoor pool, which it turns out is closed due to construction. But of course they still advertise it and mention nowhere it's closed. Then, they threw away multiple things while cleaning our room that were not trash, including my son's weigh in wrist band for his wrestling tournament, negating the purpose of our entire trip and preventing him from competing. Great Hotels, stayed there plenty of times when visiting family in Salisbury MD Only thing the hotel was under Renovations some areas were closed off
Safety issues. The hotel parking lot is poorly maintained just raggedy. Potholes bigger then moon craters. On 3/18 at 8pm. There was severe weather high winds heavy rain. Visibility was poor, while driving in the hotel parking lot my car fell in this crater causing damage to my fender and wheel base on right side. I contacted the front desk. The manager said the parking lot doesn't belong to them, it is the city. I called the city police , reported the incident. They checked land records and advised it was owned by the hotel... read more
