As others have mentioned, the hotel is currently undergoing renovations, which does impact the appearance of the lobby. That said, our room was recently remodeled and was very nice. If you don’t mind the construction and are just looking for a room to rest your head in downtown Salisbury, this is a solid choice. I look forward to seeing the finished results once the renovations are complete.

Heat/ac unit too loud. Not enough light in room.place under construction,no visible or clear directions.

I booked this hotel ONLY because it advertised an indoor pool and appeared to be quite attractive. The websites pictures made it even more attractive. Upon arrival it was anything but attractive! Much to my chagrin, the main entrance was closed due to reconstruction {you had to shuffle around the left side of the hotel into a tiny hallway with a makeshift front desk}; AND the pool was closed for the same {reconstruction} reason! This was by far the worst stay I have ever had. The first room had crumbs everywhere and only two towels for a double queen rooms (sleeps 5) supposedly and the TV didnt work. Our second room, the shower had hair everywhere and was clearly dirty. 2. The hotel is under construction so we had to use a side door. There were MANY people sleeping in all types of vehicles in parking lot and was littered with homeless. Very unsafe feeling and I was scared for myself and my daughters lives having to enter and exit into a dark parking... read more
