The room was big and so clean but the people next to us were definitely smoking and had the TV turned up so loud. I would not stay here again due to the bad neighbors. Everything else was great but it only takes only smoking person to ruin everything else. So annoying.
La Quinta Inn & Suites is currently undergoing a significant renovation, and while that may be a surprise to some, the updates look very promising. Our room on the 5th floor exceeded expectations—clean, modern, and an incredible value for the price point. The staff was especially friendly and attentive, making sure to note and address any concerns we had during our stay. Room still had trash under the beds, everything is under construction, lamps by the bed don’t work, curtains don’t close in the window, and the thermostat doesn’t even turn on. WiFi won’t connect and stay connected on the phones, the tv constantly kicks itself off and says “no signal”. Breakfast bar was disappointing, waffle maker is broken and we brought kids. We were told we couldn’t use the stairwells because they were on the construction side. The pool is under construction as well.
I was so disappointed with my entire stay. First of all nothing what they advertised was nit available. The check in was a small hall that they made into the check in desk. They had wires hanging from the ceiling which was dangerous. The pool was not available because it was being redone. The so called free breakfast was horrible.
