Locations is great, staff is friendly and helpful . But the whole lobby and walkways always smell like Weed. No matter the hour. No desire to go to the other areas with the smell. So far the “no smoking” seems to be ignored
Rooms are kinda run down, tons of deep scrapes and marks everywhere. Bathroom kinda questionable. We stayed in an accessible room. Doors were wide for wheelchairs, wheelchair friendly shower access. Grab bars in bathroom were good. Shower floor itself was way slippery though and a hazard. Need a different tile or something. Staff was super helpful and kind. Pet friendly place with dog spots outside. Was in a good location.
Very dirty. Mold in the bathroom. Will never stay at another LaQuinta.
What a horrible, disgusting experience, carpet and floor is so dirty. You can figure your shoe sticking to them lie yes I said live bugs roaming around the room kill the spider on one of the pillows, broken furniture in each room faucet so all they are hard to open less or just temperature Katherine at the front desk the rudest uncooperative and unprofessional person. She should definitely not be dealing with a public I wish someone from La Quinta off corporate office. Contact me do not stay here.
