The first thing we found upon entering the room, was 2 chip bags and an empty water bottle under the edge of the bed. Which tells me they're not really cleaning the rooms. Second of all, there's just not enough light in the rooms. Then, the tubs are difficult for seniors to get in and out of.. there's no grip bar at all..not safe. I feel as though the floors aren't mopped either, but I can't swear to it. Having to pay an extra $25 a night for a senior dog is a little uncalled for (he can't jump up on a bed even). Stayed here a few times the past few weeks along with a few other hotels in Rome when this hotel was full. This was my most enjoyable stay as it’s away from heavy traffic. I stayed in 3 different rooms over time with no issues and the staff was friendly and great to deal with each time.

I absolutely loved my stay here! The breakfast was amazing, the staff was great, and the pool was so relaxing. Will definitely be back here again!
