An older facility but they’ve made an honest attempt to keep it maintained. Rooms were clean and didn’t smell. So many times the carpeting in older facilities has a musty smell but this one definitely didn’t. Probably the first hotel in several years that we’ve stayed in where the keycard access to the facility actually worked properly and the doors closed securely and opened easily. Reasonably priced for the area with plenty of restaurants close by. Would gladly stay here again.

The location is perfect! Everything you need is here. So many restaurants and places to shop! Walmart, Target basically everything!! It’s a peaceful and well keep area. I felt safe. The room was clean. My only issue-The lobby has a damp carpet kinda smell. The lobby furniture definitely needs a deep cleaning. Everything was nice and neat though.
Came for two nights to go to the Texas State Fair. Found a very clean well-suited room. Pretty good free breakfast with egg and cheese omelets, French toast, sausage, diced potatoes, waffle maker, selection of cereals, bread for toast, bagels, coffee tea orange juice apple juice. Also has a nice little indoor pool. By the way you definitely won't have to worry about the air conditioning it works awesome!
Hard to find hotel off road. Way back of several parking lots. Glad we did. Great service, comfort and food. Thank you, staff!
