Excellent rooms, service and breakfast. Only complaint we had, was our room was right next to the stairs. And every time someone went thru it, the door would SLAM shut. It was waaay to loud and annoying. Other then the slamming of the door, great great place!!
ETA: I am updating my review. Moises the GM called me and has rectified the situation to the best of his ability. There is no way to go back in time and change how it was handled in the moment but he did make it clear this was not the way they conducted business normally and had good customer service. Room 204 has roaches in the bathroom. Guess you pay $400 almost from Thursday - Sunday and don’t get even a partial refund for MULTIPLE roaches in the room. I was having surgery early in the morning and we live 1 1/2 hours away, so we stayed here the night before. As a Wyndham Reward member, this was a great value and quality. Moses, the manager, helped me on pricing booking directly rather than through a 3rd party. We had a king room that was clean and comfortable with WiFi and easy parking. The hotel has a nice pool, hot tub and breakfast, which we didn't use any of these benefits, but are very nice to have!
