Bad service. Front desk was great but a employee who was training another person she was rude. I said I was accompanied by a dog. 1.2lb dog. She claimed my dog barked at 10pm the neighbors where loud watching the same game we watching and they were loud. My did didn't bark until she knocked and yet she didn't stay to talk to me. She said she knocked twice which is false as when she knocked the 2nd time she knocked and hid because I opened the door. Then she called me and in the room phone. Nice hotel. Clean rooms, big bathroom, comfy bed and pillows. A little pricey for what it is, but La Quintas are usually a little higher end. Only complaint was that for some reason the alarm clock went off at 6am.
First time staying there. We experienced friendliness & cleanliness as we walked in. Staff was very knowledgeable as they informed us of all the amenities this location had to offer. Checking in and out was simple & easy. All of our questions were answered. Very pleased with our experience. Thank you.
Very clean rooms, very spacious, great for my family. Service at the front desk was great. Breakfast was good!!!
Very clean, better than average breakfast, good lighting in bathroom.
