Pathetic service never recommended
Absolutely Unacceptable and Deeply Disappointing Experience. I booked a room at this hotel for 2 guest from Friday to Sunday. The booking was made and confirmed at around 7:00 PM CT on the Friday. I arrived at the hotel around 2:00 AM early Saturday morning, checked into room 214, and provided the second guest full information to the front desk. I booked reservation on Expedia but had to cancel it 3 days before check in which I did on the app but was still charged by the hotel and each are blaming each other and no refund. The management at this location is a jerk too. Will never use Laquita inn Orlando of the companies affiliated by them again.
Stayed here because it was close to the arena. Bed was comfortable and the room was clean. no complaints
