I really wish i could give this hotel zero stars. The fact that the rooms are more than 100 a night is criminal. I honestly want my money back. The room is disgusting, it's dirty everywhere. The bathroom, the bed, the walls, everything was filthy. The outlets are sketchy and we had to tape the lamp chord to the wall to get it to stay. The bed is so hard I chose to sleep on the floor to save my back. The room was not clean when we checked in: there were toenail clippings, wads of gunk between things, and something already in the toilet. The power receptacles are warn and you have to tape your phone charger to them. 3 prong outlets but grounds have been chopped off everything. In today's time it's nice, when you leave home, to have someone treat the place you're staying like a second home; the staff of this hotel did just that. They're incredibly accommodating: when we realized there were two rooms with dogs and our baby needed to sleep, without question they took care of us and moved us to a new floor. This is the type of hospitality that has been hibernated in the United States and here is a group of individuals reuniting that kindness into humanKIND...
