The smallest "queen-sized" beds I've ever seen. The staff member in a wheelchair was extremely rude and over-reactionary. I would definitely recommend finding another place to stay.
We only stayed one night. Staff was very nice when we checked in at 9:30 pm. Room was overall clean. However, this is the most uncomfortable sleeping experience I’ve ever had at a hotel. My husband and I both tossed and turned all night long. The pillows truly feel like they folded up jeans and stuffed them in pillow cases. The mattress is on a metal base and is hard as a rock. It’s truly awful. Our backs are both killing us this morning and we maybe slept a total of 4 hours each because it’s that uncomfortable…
THEY HAVE MICE!! 🚨 Video of mouse attached to this review on my linked profile. Long story short, we called down to the desk at 3am on day 2. We spotted the mouse behind the tv stand, the receptionist was not alarmed at all, as if she already knew. She stated she couldn't come up due to being the only one at the desk. After packing up our bags trying to avoid the mouse, we got down to the desk to check out but had to wait for the receptionist 10 minutes to return from somewhere.
