While the staff was mostly kind and helpful, the first room my sister and I were given had a bloodstain on the pillowcase, the front door was ajar when we arrived, the phone didn't work and it smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. We asked to change rooms and the second room, while also smelling of smoke, had mold all over the bathroom ceiling and the rear sliding door was open, which was on the ground floor and led right into the courtyard. Room we stayed in was either unclean or very run down. Shower curtain had mold on it and smelled like spoiled laundry.

It was very unfortunate to experience an accommodation within this property because they let all the guests with pets. They were so disturbing. The dogs are barking, and they are just trying to attack you on the corridors. It was another satisfying experience. I wouldn’t stay in a place that allows pets, especially dogs around the hotel.
