1. Reserved the deluxe king room. Expected to find a carefully curated room as in other La Quinta Inns I stayed in. 2. Everything's broken! The elevator, the backdoor where the working elevator is. I flew in arrived at 1:30 and was exhausted. Husband son grandson drove 10 hours arrived 20 minutes after me still would not allow any leave way They still wanted $55 for hour check in early . Elevators near the front desk and door not working. Had to walk all the way down hall or take stairs. The 1 elevator for 3 floors of ppl is ridiculous. Was told it's been out for over a week.
