The hotel always smells so nice and clean when I come. Friendly staff. Never had issue with checking in process or room stay.
We hosted an event at the hotel and it was amazing how helpful the staff was and prepared and they went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. The event went wonderfully.
We were on the second floor above the entrance. There was a car parked below our window with a loud conversation after 10:00 PM. I opened the curtains to see what was going on and the loud people included the front desk clerk so there was no point in complaining. The person talking to the front desk clerk even waved to me. Completely unacceptable and I would advise everyone to avoid this hotel. Just wrong that the noise involved the face of the company. I'd never stay here ever again neither suggest someone to stay at the hotel. Loud people running around all night long. Couldn't get any sleep at all.
