This was a disaster of a attempted stay. No one at desk when we arrived, finally we were attended. The entire hotel smelled of "weed". The first room smelled and bed was sitting against a wall with headboard and night stand. We asked for another room and checked it to find hair in the bed. We asked for a refund to find another place and on duty manager could not do it, only manager can. So we have to now email and hope for a refund only after being in either room less than 5 minutes. Worst hotel experience I have ever had. First they gave away the suite room I paid for and tried to argue “they don’t guarantee the room will be the one you order” is that not how a reservation works, the staff really tried to put there mistake on me. Thank God expedia was able to find me another room at a different hotel. The inside was filthy and had weird odors coming from all over it looks like the place has flood damage. DO NOT STAY HERE. (Read the reviews) NOTE: the ‘how would you describe this hotel?’ Question I answered ‘quiet’ so no one was staying here. I answered this was as no one was staying here. RED FLAG. No other option applied! Too many red flags from the minute you enter the lobby. Room condition and pics on app do not match the property. 100% Smoke Free: I could smell cig and pot smoke. Stayed only 1 night of the 2 I reserved. Check out other Wyndham properties at the same rate but 600% better room.
