We stayed at this hotel for one night due to its close proximity to a concert venue. Unfortunately, our experience was disappointing. The property had a strong odor throughout, including in our designated non-smoking room, which smelled of marijuana. Trash receptacles were overflowing, and the hallways appeared unclean and poorly maintained. The elevator was in particularly poor condition, with sticky floors and visibly dirty walls. Absolutely disgusting. The entire place smelled of cigarettes and marijuana. Trash piled up and over flowing from all the trash cans. People loitering in the parking lot. Not as the photos show AT ALL. Didn't even go to the room the lobby and property was that bad I immediately left. Attempted to speak with someone for a refund before posting review... Also no help.
The outside of this building is misleading. The inside of the building reeks of smoke. The continental breakfast is basically waffles and those are terrible and watered down syrup. The carpets are so dirty they stain your socks. The only good thing about it in my experience was the AC worked well and location was convenient

I travel a lot and I would never stay here again. I paid for a suite and was given a regular room. When I brought this up I was told sometimes it changes your room choice after you book yet they took the money for the suite and didn't offer compensation. Hotel was filthy, looked like vomit all over the floor in the hall. Stains everywhere, smelled of cigarettes even though it's a non smoking hotel. Water in the shower was warm at best.
