Stay away!! As soon as we walked in I already knew it was going to be a problem. The trash at the entrance was overflowing and the lobby restrooms were disgusting which tells me already that cleaning is not a priority. Which was a fact! The room we stayed in had a dead bug on our bed and hair, the room smelled disgusting and was filthy. The hallways stink so bad. The room was dirty, towels very thin, the pillows are half the size they used to be. Was a favorite for 6 years. I’m not coming back. The carpet is torn up and filthy. They really let this place go. Sad. Customer Service tried the best they could to accommodate me but this place has really gone to crap. Blood on carpet and one of the hand towels and the toilet b was stained and yellow. Very disappointing I had history twice a year here. I’ll go somewhere else for now on. I guess you get what you pay for.
Last time I ever stay here there's some kind of stain on my floor don't know if it was some kind of juice stain or blood. Rips throughout the carpet. Their card reader is so crap it takes forever to work I couldn't even get snacks in the middle of the night because a card reader just wouldn't work. I'm gladly pay an extra $20 to go stay at one of the other places around the corner.
