2 out of 3 mornings the breakfast was either cold, or food was empty. Coffee jugs were either empty or ice cold. Hallways are very loud. We could hear conversations in the hallway early in the morning. No hot water on our final night. Front desk staff didn’t answer the phone when I called to inquire. When I went to the front desk, the gentleman there was looking at his cell phone.,I guess he was too busy to answer the phone. After he looked up and acknowledged me, he had no information to assist. Beds were so firm, couldn’t sleep, noisy guests, breakfast cold and bland. Do not recommend
