I checked in and immediately found the room in unacceptable condition. The photos I attached were taken right after I arrived the pillow had brown drool stains, the room wasn’t properly cleaned, and the bathtub was extremely dirty. The staff moved me to another room, but that one was no better. There were pubic hairs on the bed, which clearly shows a lack of basic hygiene and quality control.
