The room was clean. The kids enjoyed the pool.
For almost $200 a night, I expected a much better experience. The breakfast was honestly disappointing. There were only two tables available for guests to sit, which is completely inadequate. The food had almost no flavor it tasted like eating plastic. For the price this hotel charges, the breakfast quality and seating are simply unacceptable. I would expect a lot more from a hotel in this price range.
This hotel had so much potential but fell short. We stayed in a family suite and we were so excited to upon walking in. It was spacious and comfortable. However... There were dirty wet towels hanging on the back of the bathroom door from the previous guest, no conditioner or soap, the bottles were empty and they didn't have any of the trial size bottles to replace them with.
