Arrived 08/06 very awsome service by staff, need weelchair accsesible room and was acomadte in a floor level room with jacuzzi with more leg room to handle weelchair, very clean and distribuited room, thanks again Blessings

La Quinta sends to be unable to keep up with maintenance. - The bathroom fan in our room did not work. The bathroom stunk for a long time after my kids or I used it. The walls would get really wet from steam during showers. I reported this twice and both times was told that maintenance would get to it, both times offered no remedy, like a room with a working bathroom fan. - Loud AC - Loud AC from neighboring rooms, which resonates through walls. - When on, the AC air blows the curtains up, so light gets through in random spo... read more

I am a bit delayed in sharing my review, since it has been almost 2 years since I had stayed here. I stayed here with my family every week for 10 weeks while I was doing treatment at a nearby clinic. The rooms were always clean, the property was very quiet and I felt safe.. The staff was always friendly and accommodating. This would be the hotel I would definitely stay at in the future if I was ever in town again.

This is a great hotel to stay at. The staff was extremely, friendly able to help us with anything that we needed. It was easy access on and off the freeway as well as being able to go downtown Pocatello. It was an awesome experience truly love this hotel and plan to stay again
