My husband and I booked this room for Sunday, July 26, 2026. On arrival we noticed quite a bit of homeless on the grounds, was asked for money, we also noticed prostitution and police activity. We checked in, got to the room and was pleasantly surprised. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. After driving over 1,000 miles from Texas, we just needed to sleep. They will sell your room. They overbooked and sent me to look for a hotel at 9 PM.
Pretty decent place. It took almost an hour to check in because there was only one person checking everyone in while the other girl just stood around. Truckers aren’t allowed to park in the lot. You have to park on the street or be charged $70 to park inside the gate. There are homeless people hanging around outside the gate but they aren’t trying to bother you. Overall it’s a good place and I’d stay here again next time I’m in phoenix.
