The staff went above and beyond my expectations! We had a beautiful room that was very clean and I am OCD about cleanliness! When we checked in, the staff made it a very smooth and fast check in and they even gave us a Star Bucks gift card to make our stay more enjoyable. We had some guests next door that were noisy probably because it was the first Cardinal's game of the season, but the staff did all they could. this is our favorite hotel my husband and kids love to stay in when visiting phoenix , very clean and nice rooms with free breakfast 10/10
This woman (in the photo) trespassed is from the location because I picked up a muffin from the continental breakfast without using the tongs. I kid you not. There was no one else in the lobby, the continental breakfast had not even had the lights turned on yet. I touched nothing but the lid and the muffin I ended up eating. When she confronted me about not using the tongs I apologized and stated the obvious that nothing else was touched. She stated she didn't like my attitude and called the police to have me trespassed.
