There is an Indian woman at this property name Mehak she was the most rudest, disrespectful, and inconsiderate La Quinta employee that we ever encountered. I’m a disabled combat veteran who was injured in Iraq I have a service dog and I also had my vision impaired disabled mother with me at the La Quinta. The room was clean,modern, and comfortable. Check in was ok. Had a pleasant stay.

Room was garbage. Flooring when you walk in room was cracked and there was a piece of tile cracking and was lied to about the price and the the guy on the was lied about a quote for 3?days. When checking in he keep asking how we were going to charge for the nights and asked 3 times. And the manager this morning Had a major attitude when we were checking out and had no decency to listen. I will be calling corporate this is ridiculous this is how you treat paying customers

Great stay at La Quinta PHX/I10. Receptionists were all helpful and polite, no stress check-in/out. I found this LQ location to be genuinely pet-friendly, pets were allowed practically everywhere without the bat of an eye. Loved the overall cleanliness here, so impressive— I felt comfortable and safe throughout my stay in this regard. The location itself was decently contemporary overall, not dated or run-down.
