There was cockroaches in room 314 show the video still didn't want to return my points. I had to sleep in the parking lot inside my truck. Manager was so rude show her the video and she didn't care
I made a reservation and when I arrived, there were prostitutes and all types of unsavory characters posted up across the street. I went to the front desk to inquire about security and was told there wasn’t any. I did not feel comfortable leaving my vehicle. I immediately cancelled my reservation that I had booked using loyalty points. After multiple attempts to restore my loyalty points on the Wyndham rewards 800 number, I gave up.
