My experience with this hotel was awful. All the night, the smell of weed from other rooms was everywhere in our room. One of the towels was full of stains. Clearly was not washed properly. And from 5 to 7 am, clock alarm of the adjacent room (which does not have any guest) went off and did not allow us to sleep. In the end, when I talked to the receptionist, he just mentioned that my comments were recorded.

Airport shuttle left before its time and we missed it...even though we were down there 5min before it was supposed to leave...front desk guy made a phone call and they came back and got us..

Staff was great but the cleanliness and environment were terrible, unsafe, and quite frankly it was disgusting. My wife and I left in the middle of the night and just slept at the airport before our flight. We did not even feel safe leaving our vehicle parked at this property. It was definitely a traumatic experience. The last straw was the strong smell of marijuana in the hallways of a non smoking property and the loud sounds of sex coming from various rooms as if we were walking through a brothel

Hotel in a bad location, homeless people begging for money at the location. Ice machine not working.
