We arrived around 10pm, had to wait about 10 mins as they're probably under staffed and no one at the front desk. Got to our room and noticed that the air conditioner is almost dropped to the floor. It is working so I used chair and desk to somewhat hold it in place. Reported it the next morning as we're just too tired and chances are, no one would've help us then.
