Will never stay here again. 1.) Dirty shower and curtains 2.) Stained blankets 3.) Bad room service, no one cleaned the room at all in the 3 nights we stayed. 4.) THEY TRIED SCAMMING ME WITH A RANDOM EXTRA CHARGE OF $142. The manager was supposed to call me back to explain, but never received an update. Had to call my bank to report fraud. 5.) Apparently they’ve had a Broken elevator for months, which was broken when we got there. 6.) Told me they did not have the room I reserved.
The manager Roseanna wants to sing karaoke of the song Roseanna by Toto with you she barges into your hotel room she follows your guest asking them why they are there and who are they visiting and why they are visiting so no I definitely will not stay there again
Well, let’s get started on our stay….when we checked in Friday at 7pm we were told by the front desk that our room wasn’t ready…isn’t check in at 3p?? Front desk lady proceeded to call someone & say “they’re already here” like we were early & inconveniencing her. Next up, we were informed that the elevator wasn’t working, but it would be fixed in a hour (spoiler alert it never got fixed). Possibly the WORST experience I have ever had at a hotel. I have waited on a call back from a manager in regards to the stay but weeks later still nothing. When we got there to check in the girl at the front desk made me wait until she finished her text message to help me. After checking in I was informed that the elevators were broken and we had to take the stairs to our room on the 2nd floor. The hallways were dirty and filled with linen and trash by room doors.
