They kept my deposit are so full crap
Great place to stay. Always very clean, pet friendly, employees always friendly. We stay here every time we are in town. 5-7 times a year. 👍
Breakfast was not all that good, the facility was close to Nasa space center. 1)Staff needs to use bleach on the bed sheets. 2) Elevator quit working Saturday evening and Sunday morning when we needed to use it. 3) The complimentary coffee was not available when we checked out on Sunday morning. We had a bad experience this time. Definitely not be staying at this place again.
DO NOT STAY HERE!! Front desk staff seem friendly at first, but when problems arise, they become rude, unhelpful. I woke up with bugs literally crawling on my children and I, which is completely horrifying. The elevator is a safety hazard.. the doors get stuck majority of the time, and it's a trip hazard. To sum things up, the quality of this hotel does not match the price AT ALL. I paid far too much for a stay that was dirty, unsafe, and disappointing. Save your money and stay somewhere else.
