My stay at La Quinta has been a very pleasant experience. Monica is the best.
Was not notified hotel was under construction when making reservation. Debris & dust everywhere. Amenities closed. Very noisey, guests above stomping around and slamming doors until 4 a.m. Lots of road noise. Mold on bath ceiling. Uncomfortable beds, pillows & furniture.
Maybe don’t book rooms they are actively doing construction on… was rudely interrupted while half dressed and trying to take a nap… severely disappointed. Won’t book again for anymore stays…
