The hotel felt a bit old, and the cleanliness of the elevator wasn’t great. Since it was Thanksgiving week, there were a lot of guests, and the dining area seemed a bit small for the number of people staying there. Overall, though, the system itself didn’t seem bad.
The lady at the reception was very rude yesterday when I checked in. They don’t accommodate any requests, didn’t like the customer service at all. I understand when requests can’t be met but they need to be polite.
Worked good for us. Only stayed for a night.
