I was double charged for my room and when I went to sort it out the man at the front desk blamed me for their mistake. I thought it was very unprofessional to blame a guest for a mistake that his employee made. I was told it would be 3-7 days until the money is back in my account even though the hotel was the one that made a mistake.

The lady that works in the kitchen is the best! The front desk check in was not good. Tried to check in 15 mins early no room available. Said they would call when ready. went back at 3pm check in time and 5 people were put in rooms while we waited. One of which was a handicap accessible which is what we booked. The woman Lisa was rude. When i tried to speak with her, she snapped at me. Said " I am not talking to you!"They said our room was not ready. we waited an hour to get into our room. Clean, comfortable, everything you want at the end of a day of driving. Close to the Interstate and mid range restaurants. Quiet staff. Dove soap and hair products. Temperature easily controlled in the room. Good lighting and easy to reach electronical station for phone and Cpap.
