If I could give this hotel negative stars I absolutely would. First let’s talk abt the rooms horrible and smelly! The rooms all smelled like sewer. Flat sheets used as fitted sheets, bathroom sink didn’t drain, and spiders coming from the drain. Shower curtain rod was completely broken off the wall. Then whoever was smoking pot had the whole 3rd floor smelling horrible. This hotel is gross!
If I could give a half a star or less I would. My Aunt and I took our annual vacation in Omaha and was very unimpressed and disappointed in the hotel. After six nights we finally checked out early and went home. Not because of Omaha but the hotel. Our room was only cleaned once (after my request to do so), my aunt had to wait for a blanket to dry to get an extra one, after cleaning we were left with no bath mat for the floor, no hand towel or wash clothes, only one roll of toilet paper, only one elevator works, there’s only ... read more
Was placed into room. Bathroom was missing toilet paper holder, bathroom door wouldn't latch. Moved to different room. Bathroom door still didn't latch. Toilet ran constantly. Was unable to flush without dumping buckets of water
Rooms were a little dated for a La Quinta, but a room for less than $100, I can't complain much. I would stay again if in the area. Honestly, I'd rather stay here for the price than the updated one I paid nearly double for on the previous night.
Well this place is horrible everything in the rooms is broken or not working just bad. All the doors not close correctly and the bed was probably 10 years old. DO NOT STAY HERE SAFE YOU MONEY. Bad service and over price. I try to call the front desk and the phone was not even plug was just for decoration I guess
