First I was giving the wrong room, then told they didn't have the room I ordered. Then he said I have one left. TV was broken, room was dirty, and the mattress was so uncomfortable we left at 4 am.
Nice hotel. Staff were friendly.
The breakfast bar was not stocked well and the coffee was old and cold at 6:30 am. My room had a funky smell and there was a strange noise all night long in the room. If I wasn't so tired and didn't feel like changing rooms I would have asked to be moved. I was next to the machine room on the first floor. It was making strange noises.
Overall a very good stay. Very good breakfast. The key cards really are a problem - we had to have ours re-keyed several times even though we hadn’t had them near magnets as instructed. Also, the treadmill didn’t work because of a “lubricate deck” message. We would stay again.
