We stayed at this hotel for two nights, and unfortunately our experience was disappointing. The bathroom amenities were also inadequate. Although we were two guests staying for two nights, the room only had one tiny bottle of shampoo and a single set of toiletries. There was also no bathroom ventilation, which made the bathroom uncomfortable to use. After our first night, no one came to clean the room, replace the towels, or restock the bathroom supplies. me and my nana stayed here for 4 nights. the rooms were great and the staff were very kind except for one lady. her name is cordia. she was very rude towards my sweet nana and to other customers. everyone else who worked there was very kind to us and always greeted us with a smile and was super helpful except cordia. every interaction with her was not a pleasant one and it was very heartbreaking to watch someone be so rude to my sweet little nana. i hope something changes because, as this is our second time visiting oklahoma... read more

This is a decently nice hotel. The location is ver good and close to downtown OKC. The rates are very reasonable. The breakfast is ok but a bit lacking. Big plus is NO parking fees. The front desk staff is exceptional. Room is spacious and comfortable. The bathrooms needs some work. Our toilet was running the whole time and needs recalling and handle on show came off, still worked ok. I would recommend to others for location and staff,

Its ok. No frills lady super sick at desk shouldn't have been working. Pissed that I cant enjoy the hot tub before I check out because their pool isnt open til 12 now apparently!!! So annoyed my muscles needed that main reason i booked this entire stay was because of the hot tub in the am!!!! So now i look dimb as hell in .y suit downstairs.... The patio area is dirty Won't be coming back most likely
