Checked in, everything seemed fine til I Met Amy, I had just ridden my bike from Sturgis, about 800 miles away. She was rude and insulting. Spoke to me as if I were a child and kept repeating herself before she even introduced herself. Even though I am very tired I would rather ride 300 more miles home than give this hotel my business. Maybe she should learn what hospitality management is all about. Keyword “hospitality”
We will not be using this facility again and its too bad because it is right near the Medical Center we use. The front desk clerk and maid were excellent but hotel stinks like a nursing home. The hallway and elevator both smelled awful.
Beds are comfy. My little family has a great stay. The night time attendant is great, wish I would’ve caught her name. About 10 minutes from different things so close drive. Would stay here again.
This was my first time staying at a LaQuinta hotel. As soon as I got there I was greeted by the gentleman at the desk. Very friendly and helpful. The hotel and my room was very clean. It was one of the nicest hotels I have stayed at. Everyone was friendly. Excellent breakfast. I had a great stay. Thanks, Jackie
