Pretty dirty hotel, especially in stairway and elevators. Very weird smell throughout the building. The foot wash out front is broken and had to use the full shower to rinse my shoes off. Alarms going off at 6am in surrounding unoccupied rooms that dont turn off until you call yhe front desk to get someone to turn it off. Breakfast is trash. Pretty big room and they pick the smallest 40" tv they could find. The elevators are the slowest ive ever used and 4 floors can take like 5 minutes or more. Staff member are friendly but the resort it self is trash. It needs renovations, I slept on the floor for two days sofa bed was broken. Both of the tv remotes weren't working Floor was dirty it needed to be sweep and mopped. I checked out a day early. They had no other rooms to offer. Room had bed bugs. My daughter got bit on her leg from bed bugs few times. Someone also hit my car driver side door. I have pictures. I cannot justify paying almost 900$ for this room. The staff was very nice and pleasant and that is the only positive thing I can stay about anything in this place. 1. There is no housekeeping staff during the week so you have to go to the front desk to get anything you may need. 2. The food is absolutely disgusting on the breakfast. The potatoes are put into a microwavable container and microwaved right there in front of you and then dumped into the warmer tray. The eggs are runny. The sausage are soaked in water. Location was great but we came for check-in and had to wait longer than planned. Very disappointed especially when you have kids and plans for your vacation. I would call shrewd of time and plan accordingly trod your check-in time.

The floors were filthy in the room and the halls. The bathroom was moldy. The room was so humid the sheets were sticky and wet. In comparison to other La Quinta hotels the breakfast was crappy. There weren't any tongs to pick up the food so there were plenty of people handling food items. The internet was in and out, definitely dont recommended if you need it for work. Over expensive for less than a 1 star hotel. Our door was so hard to open because of the humidity in the building.
