Booked a two-bed room and tried to cancel within 15 minutes, but they refused. When we arrived for check-in, they told us they didn’t even have a two-bed room available because they were sold out. If the room wasn’t available, why refuse the cancellation? They also wouldn’t let us switch to a two-bed room for the second night, even though other guests were able to switch rooms. Very frustrating experience and poor customer service. Would not recommend booking here.
The only thing I think they can improve on is to have chairs outside on the balcony to sit . Everything else was perfect the breakfast was more than satisfying a few different choices, we enjoyed the waffle maker they were delicious. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. Also it was close enough to the beach to walk and there are Town buses that run constantly to get you to the boardwalk or any place else you want to go The pool was nice too it wasn't deep but it was very refreshing . I would definitely stay here again.
