Rooms are really rundown and motel quality. Front desk service is terrible. They won’t even pick up the calls from guest rooms. Active dusty construction in lobby. Will never stay here again.

I am very disappointed with my stay at La Quinta Hotel in Connecticut. Upon check-in, we were assigned to room 621, where the hallway had no lights. When we contacted the front desk, the receptionist incorrectly told us that all rooms were the same. After discovering the light switch ourselves, we were moved to room 722, only to find that none of the wall outlets were working. Since it was already 9:23 PM, we were too exhausted to move again. Poor service and lack of proper maintenance—I would not recommend this hotel.

Its is under construction and the rooms are next. So, they are a shabby. But the price is great and they working on the place.

I stopped here on a flight layover and used the app dayuse, when I entered it was completely under renovations, which was the bad part, the bad part was the customer service at the desk! The gentleman at the c front desk was the rudest and nastiest person I have ever encountered. His attitude was the worst. When I called back after stepping out to ask if I needed to return he said No and hung up no explanation didn't even ask what room nothing.
