Worst hotel stay ever. Besides the contruction being done in the entire lobby area/1st floor and breakfast items being on fold out tables. The elevator was not operational all morning on Saturday. The noises from above, both rooms beside us and the hallways were horrible. We could hear everything going on. The bathroom was falling apart. And the room had a dampness feel and smell. If I could leave zero stars I would. The place has some major renovations happening that we were not notified about. I was taken aback upon entering. The lobby was very dusty with caution tape and masking paper plastered everywhere, including the floor. The tape and paper on the floor was all ripped up creating tripping hazards. We were given a room on the third floor (the elevator worked at check-in but not at check-out). The room had an unpleasant odor that we did not recognize. The curtains had cigarette burns in them. This place is a dump and they mask it with a “under construction” sign. The room was dirty, bathroom is filthy, and the place smells like mold.
