My friend stayed here and had to be picked up by an ambulance because of a medical emergency. I went to go pick up his belongings and his phone was missing. After speaking with the manager they insisted nobody would steal his phone but I was able to get logs from the provider showing it was being used. I couldn’t imagine a worse reputation than to take advantage of people in vulnerable situations. The 'Deluxe Room' was anything but deluxe - the sofa looked so grubby and torn it looked like a reject from a frat house. The condition of the room was not reflective of the marketing photos. Ultimately if you are looking to stay in this location you can stay here but expect to be disappointed with the condition of the rooms etc.. if they marketed this a basic, no frills accommodation rather than a 'deluxe room' then it would be more reflective of the actual property.
