Reservamos para 5 días al llegar a recepción el que estaba no fue nada amable,no sabía lo que hacía en la computadora.tuvimos que esperar que llegara otro empleado..estábamos super cansadas habíamos manejado 16 hrs..el desayuno pésimo y no había variedad.la limpieza pésima.tuvimos que comprar mapo, líquidos y guantes para limpiar el cuarto..gracias a Dios llevamos nuestras colchas y almohadas. Had to unplug the air conditioning unit to be able to sleep, Found a dead bug with many legs near the window, which was unlatched had to try and lock it. Maid left a dirty ripped, cleaning rag on the sink, no hairdryer or pad or pencil or Bible or blanket or extra pillow. Room was clean; breakfast satisfactory

Do not book here. We had a traveling issue come up, and had to cancel our reservation OVER A MONTH in advance but the 2 managers that were spoken to at the Hotel DECLINED the refund. Talk about absolute Theft. This hotel does NOT care about customer service, highly dissatisfied in being taken advantage of. Look elsewhere if you're wanting to book a Hotel, even if it's a tent down by the river.

I stayed there 7/23/25. I forgot my toiletries. Called the next day and they said they would overnight them to me. This call went on everyday. I was being told they mailed them out. It was not until I told them I was going to call the police for holding on to my prescription, which is a controlled substance that they charged me and sent my things, 16 days later. I really didn't appreciate that they took the time to smash my cologne bottle but also taking the time to open my water proof pill container and sprayed the cologne ... read more
