The 5 Stars was for the gentleman I believe named "Shrii" I'm not sure if that's the exact name. He was in the front desk, working after 9pm. Service was above and beyond! Thank you!! Our family than you!
Owner and workers are horrible to people. Don't even bother wasting your time or money, I'll sleep in the garbage before coming here.
There are definitely better hotel options in this area within the same price range. Our experience here was disappointing across the board. The room was dirty and had a strong, unpleasant odor—like mold and dampness. Despite booking a non-smoking room, the air inside was smoky and stale. The breakfast was a complete letdown—I'd rate it 0 out of 5. Cleanliness, quietness at night, Wi-Fi quality, and even the location all failed to meet expectations. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this hotel.
The hotel was ok, our stay could have been better. First room was not clean, so we were upgraded to another room. Ice available only in lobby. Breakfast area not clean.
