Clean rooms, nice staff, good decoration. Feels like a luxury hotel. The breakfast was great as well. Would stay again.
Great customer service
After driving 6 hours all I wanted was to get some rest however I did NOT instead I had a terrible experience and staying here was a waste of money. I was not greeted upon arriving Dustin at the front desk was rude and not kind , when I asked him some questions he was hesitant to answer me. He did not even tell me about the breakfast times or anything about the hotel unlike other hotels I been to. I was very disappointed but could no longer cancel. We get to the hotel looks nice looks like a good location lots of places to eat or hangout.We get into the hotel it looks ok it was decently clean.We get into the room sinks are disgusting there are stains all in it along with the shower.Then we look out the window.there is a motel right beside the hotel and it was run down and nasty there was homeless people.But the worst part is,in the motel there was a men with his windows open no clothes on I mean butt naked.We asked for a room change after what we saw what went through ... read more
