I've stayed there the past 2 weekends for wurstfest, everyone who works there from the front desk to the breakfast attendant are so nice and helpful. The management staff Cynthia and Katy were amazing, when I asked for directions around new Braunfels they were more then helpful for good places to eat and sights to see while in town. I would definitely recommend this la Quinta hands down, we are going to be returning for sure.

Certain people are great of others don't know how half of what they're doing i was harassed at the hotel manager didn't do anything about it when it was reported multiple times maybe safe during the day but not at night if they have a bunch of workers staying there honest comment.

Last two comments are from a disgruntled employee. This hotel is a good place to stay in a good location. Staff is friendly. Don't believe fake content.

De la quinta New Braunfels was so horrible. There’s mold all over the walls. I’ve been there three times, and each time there was mold in my room.. Assistant managers, boyfriend was so rude. When checking in. The manager, Cintia doesn’t even know what she’s doing Treating their employees, so horribly all they do is gossip at the front in the morning. Over charging for the pet fee.
