The manager and his staff are extremely accommodating - I had a staff member named Parth went above and beyond! Olive Garden is in the same parking lot - the building and rooms have aged well and have charm and character! Orion and Northern Star, MD
Our room was pleasantly clean. Smelled so fresh. I felt so relaxed because it was clean. The shower was clean. I enjoyed the Dove branded toiletries. It was a nice room for the night. Included a nice breakfast that was also clean and organized. We’ve stayed at some dirty places in Naples that were more expensive.
El aire acondicionado funcionaba perfectamente, me gustó la cama las almohadas y el servicio de las camareras,eso fue muy bueno. ahora vamos por lo que no nos gustó, el desayuno estaba terrible,el ascensor estuvo dañado los tres días que estuvimos alli, el lavamanos de la habitación estuvo tapado desde el día 1 Pusimos la queja en 3 o 4 oportunidades nos fuimos y nunca lo destaparon .
No funciona el ascensor … no funciona el secador de pelo… baje d la escalera y 9.01 cerraron para desayunar!! No vayan!!!
