Fuimos por el fin de semana a Naples en familia encontramos este hotel porque nos pareció buena ubicación además de precio calidad pero lamentablemente al llegar nos recibió Violeta sin saludar y con pésima actitud le hice una pregunta me respondió de mala manera y peor aun con sarcasmo lamentable cuando vienes recién llegando de un viaje de 2 horas , luego fui a pedir para rellenar mi botella de agua ya que la que está disponible en el hotel estaba sin agua le pedí a otra mujer del personal y también con una actitud horribl... read more
Las habitaciones están bastante cómodas pero la atención de la empleada de la recepción es horrible no t dejan ni conversar no puedes ni bañarte en la piscina casi de noche para ir con la familia no lo recomiendo porque se molestan y están mandando a callar horrible parece una prisión en vez de un hotel para disfrutar
