Terrible, tenía una reserva al llegar tenían problemas de luz, no tenían planta eléctrica al parecer , tuve que esperar demasiadas horas a ver que pasaba , mi agencia trato de que me reembolsaron el dinero, y no aceptaron. No me pude hospedar y aun asi me cobraron el dinero. Y el maneger , nos habló con un tono de voz que no debió de ser por nosotros quejarnos por lo ocurrido...
“We arrived at the hotel to find there was no electricity in the rooms or elevators — only the lobby had power. Our room was completely without lights or electricity, making it totally uninhabitable. When we went to the front desk to request a refund, we were told it was not the hotel’s problem and that they would not return our money. They blamed a lightning strike and refused to take any responsibility. They also only accepted debit card payments. We paid for a room and received absolutely no service. Stay away!!!! My only words for this hotel will be cruel Company no sympathy at all when nice Vacation turn on a nightmare.!!!!
