Very nice staff that didn't mind an entire marching band staying over. Great locations, and the rooms were very nice and had adequate accommodations for all of us
The deposit return took too long, and as a diamond meneber, there shouldn't be one
Didn't receive Wyndam loyalty points since I made my reservations using Hotels.com. Didn't receive my Wyndam loyalty gift upon check-in. Limited options for a hot breakfast (one hot breakfast choice only - waffles). At other locations, they normally have scrambled eggs, sausage etc.
This hotel is new, yet very unkempt. Things are broken , lack maintenance. Staff is okay. They charge a smoking fee if you bathe with hot water.
