This is a great hotel. It's right across from the boardwalk with the ferris wheel and all the restaurants and shops. I've been staying here about 2 weeks. They have a great breakfast. They have a wonderful staff and the housekeeping always ask if you have everything and do you need anything else? There's a great exercise room and a pool. I would rate this hotel with zero stars if that was an option. First off, the beds are extremely uncomfortable. One of the double beds had something that looks like mud on the bed skirt. Additionally, I accidentally left my IPad. I apparently pulled the sheets over it and didn’t see it as I was packing to leave. I know I left my IPad on that bed. Went to book a room today with Alexus. She said the price was way above the price listed on the website . The hotels own website . I said please honor the price of 66.50 online for cheapest room . She raised her voice and said don’t tell me what to do . I just walked out would never give my money to them again . I’m listed as a member also

I would give them negative stars if I could!! People like the staff at this hotel should really evaluate how good customer service is done. Everything with the stay was fine, it wasn’t until checking out and trying to get my deposit of $100 back that things went downhill fast. The staff here are rude!!!!! I would’ve rather paid more for the one night I stayed at a hotel that actually valued their customers.
