I'm only giving 5 star for Kathy at front desk. The housekeeping did not clean my room. They changed towels and took out my trash. But floors were still dirty.
I had a really comfortable and enjoyable stay at this hotel. The room was clean, well-maintained, and had everything I needed for a few nights. The bed was comfortable, and the room was quiet, which made it easy to get a good night’s sleep. The check-in process was quick, and the staff was friendly and helpful throughout my stay. I also liked the location since it was close to restaurants and other convenient spots. Overall, a very positive experience and I would definitely stay here again.
Paula L at front desk is very discourteous. Unconstructive tone. other front desks have been much MORE helpful. Have stayed here before. Rooms are great locations is good many restaurants and convenience shopping. Don't know if I would give this place another try with how counterproductive that particular front desk rep was.
All I can say after being in California is it was the best by far we had stayed at in 5 days .
Staff is amazing ,so helpful.
