We booked this week and they didn't tell us till last minute the pool is out of order and they wouldn't credit our account,so we canceled our stay
Checked in was okay. Went to room, no extra toilet paper, towels or washcloths in bathroom. Went to makeup sleeper sofa no sheets or blankets. Web site said pool was to open June 14th. Guess what??? Pool was not open. Burnt sausage for breakfast. They need to really step up.
Staying here for a bowling tournament the room is great, very nice front desk personnel
Clean motel. Friendly staff.
I am very impressed with this Hotel compared to others I have been to. The rooms are very clean and the staff member Joe at the front desk was very nice and easy to deal with upon checking in. I would recommend this Hotel to anyone coming in the area or do not want to pay high prices in Charlotte area.
