Overall we really liked the hotel. The pool was nice, the room and the property was clean. The breakfast was a nice change from the normal limited choices, they had lots of quality options. The only downside has been the service. My son left his airpods in the room, while I realize it was our fault for leaving them behind, the staff has been zero help. The actual stay was great and the service was great also. But it has gone quite down hill since I left. An expensive set of air pods was left in the room in a weird spot and I have been trying for ten days to get them back. All I want is someone to go check if they are still there because my says they haven't been moved or opened (I've been hung up on asked to call back then didn't get an answer put on hold. Staying at a few hotels over the week due to a road trip around the national parks in Arizona and Utah; this might take the cake for just a solid hotel for its price. Appreciated the elkway water bottle filling station and that the sink was separated from the toilet/shower. The room also comes with a fridge (no freezer) Breakfast was super solid: biscuits n gravy, waffles, bagels, eggs, tossed potatoes, the works :3 the hotel is pretty pet friendly (if anyone has allergies) overall good vibe
