Not worth the price!! Specifically room 327 & 328. Both rooms are dusty. Room 327 didn’t have a working TV remote. The curtain is falling off the hinge, shampoo, conditioner and bath wash bottles are ALL empty, the king bed had 4 tiny throw pillows. Rm 328 did NOT have any towels, had only 2 tiny throw pillows and NO SHOWER CURTAIN!!. This place is worse than Motel 6. Not recommended, NEVER AGAIN.
Got to the hotel excited to use the pool and was disappointed when they informed us the pool was out of service. They canceled my reservation for free. Called booking and they said they need a managers approval for the refund. The manager apparently doesnt work weekends and can't respond to an email and confirm the cancelation to booking. Now I am out 112 dollars and it might be weeks before I get a refund.. What a headache... Won't book la quinta again.
Don’t stay there.
